VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

MATI has recognized the high prevalence of unemployment among adult youth, particularly those from rural areas, as a major socio-economic challenge. Therefore, since 2000, MATI has been offering various training courses to create employment opportunities for young adults, especially females. During the year 2024, 9 training courses are underway of which 5 courses are supported by BMZ-2 program, one training course by Stifftung 100 and the Organic Agriculture Training courses are supported by Misereor, Germany. By 2024, MVTTC has offered eight training courses for 829 trainees (290 boys and 539 girls) in 82 batches.
